[FiiO BTR15/BTR5 2021/BTR5]Bluetooth DAC and Headphone Amplifier Discussion & Impressions Thread
Hi! I saw that it was answered before that in SE only one dac from the BTR5 will be used, while both will be used in the balanced output. I have a 2.5mm male balanced to 3.5SE adaptor, which basically just cancels the output from R- and L- before it arrives in the SE 3.5mm connector. Is it...- mfaverooo

R5, a new Android DAP by Hiby
Hey Marcus, thanks for all the input on the r5! Have you tested it with Tidal Masters? I've read it doesn't decode mqa in the hardware, so does it mean we can't have true 24/96 music through it? Or does it have software decoding? Cheers!- mfaverooo

I believe that the mkii would suffice with the balanced output in high gain. I'm still waiting for Linsoul to send my P1, so I'll be able to test only a month from now... And yes, a cable like the one you shared, ALTHOUGH the one you shared is a 2-pin socket, the P1 is mmcx. Pay attention to...- mfaverooo

You can get a FiiO q1 MKII if you want a DAC/amp that is portable and won't break the bank (it also have bass boost), but then it would be interesting to buy also an mmcx 2.5 balanced cable to get the best out of it. Dragonfly Red is also within your budget, with better SQ but no bass boost and...- mfaverooo

[FiiO Q5s Type C ‖ Q5s] Bluetooth DSD-capable Amplifier,AK4493x2,768k/32bit
Quick question, is SQ very different between the q5s and the m11 used as a dac mode? I ask because the fac chip is the same, right? The main difference would be the amp card...- mfaverooo

I've been using the same Bluetack for almost three years... To stack my FiiO Q1 mkii, glue things in the wall or on my desk. If these things have expiration date I'm yet to find out =O :)- mfaverooo

Bluetack. The answer to that question is always Bluetack (and to a lot of things in life =P) If you don't know, you can probably find in the UK Amazon :)- mfaverooo

[FiiO M5] Compact and Versatile Hi-Res Music Player
Unfortunately not. It has been said in some previous posts, the people from fiio said that the m5's processor cannot do these two tasks simultaneously. If you want your mojo to be wireless without getting a poly, you'll have to get a shanling m0. But it doesn't support in-line mic as the m5.- mfaverooo

For those who also have a mojo as I do and would like to make it wireless without breaking the bank with the Poly: Does the M5 support Bluetooth receiving and then sending coaxial out?
