I haven't had any problem with the headphones specifically. I've had to switch out stock cables twice and it looks like i will just stick to the stock cable I just had to ask to see if anyone else had any recommendations.    Thanks :)

I use my 846 4+ hours a day to include heavy uses during workouts. Has anyone had any issues with the stock cables? Does anyone have any recommendations for a heavy duty aftermarket cable for workouts? I've looked at a lot of after market cables but none of them look like workout cables. 

ToddTheMetalGod,   I wish I had the answer but I know Mark does, just ask him. I decided to get the Level 3 Mod (should have them middle of next month) and Mark has been extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had in extreme detail. 

Oppo PM-1 Ultrasone ED5 Ultrasone has pushed back ED5 shipments three times that I know of to the UK. Originally X-Mas, then mid March, now who knows. Wondering is they are having financial problems and are going down the drain. If so the ED5 will be a collectors item.

Has anyone had a full Lawton Audio Mod on this headphone? If so can I get an impression? I have no doubt I will be in love with the look and sound of the headphone, but I decided to keep the stock ear pads. 

Is there a reason for purchasing flagship headphones (over a $1000) if I can purchase uncompressed binaural recording? I uses my HD800 then my ED8. My jaw dropped listening to both.

Wow, I had no idea music could sound this good. This is my first 192/24 download and I truly hope HIDEF music takes off because after listening to this I will not be able to go back.

Aizura, I see the picks so I'm assuming it's the same headband. Are you running a solid state or tube amp? I'm assuming you prefer the TH 900?

Is the Th600 a fragile headphone? For the people who have heard the 600 and the 900 is the headband the same? I'm asking because I'm getting my 900 modded and if the headphones feel the same no I will just get the 600 and mod that instead.
