Is there any way to update the Holo Red to the newest version of HQ Player NAA?

Can you use the R9 HDMI output independently of the analog outputs. In other words, I would like to connect the R9 to my receiver via HDMI to see the screen of the R9, but would like to use the R9 analog outputs to have better quality analog sound. Is this possible?

Me too. I tried the Freya + but in my system tubes just don't work. I get all kinds of noises which makes the preamp unusable. I feel the sound of the Freya S is a little thin, and feel it could be improved. I too would pay considerably more for an upgraded Freya S. Do you recall what Jason...

HT input, subwoofer input, if possible better sound quality. Would also love HDMI inputs but probably not going to happen.

Why are there so few updates of the software? HQ Player is now on version 5 and the NAA has been updated for this version. Why does this not appear in the neo stream. In the future will be hesitant to purchase a product where I expect frequent updates but there are none.

One thing I have found disappointing is the infrequent updates to the software/firmware. For example, my last neo stream update has been October 2022. There have been a number of updates of HQ Player NAA since then. When can we expect the next update?

Is this true? A correction -- Now, when I looked back at the Roon site, I see they were talking about Zen Stream. Are platforms different for the Neo Stream?

I am hopeful, now that I am a new owner, that support will be top-notch and incorporate improvements to the device, rather than just moving on to the next device. Time will tell.
