Any anime/jp pop music fans?
Of course Coyboy Bebop's music is near the top of my list, I still enjoy listening to the Lain OST. Also noteworthy are the songs off the RahXephon soundtrack.- source direct

Koss PortaPros on the cheap
A friend of mine has recommended me some Portapros, but suggests that I try to find them for less than $50. Over the summer there was a promotional cupon code that worked when buying from Koss directly. If anyone still knows this code, i'd appreciate it being relayed to me. Furthermore, if...- source direct

How old are your HD600's or HD580's?
What all do you have between your source and your headphone amplifier? I've noticed that the sounds my HD-600s give off is very mellow when ran through my preamp as opposed to simply straight to the headphone amp.- source direct

Mdr-V6/V-600/V7506/V500DJ
I'm interested in these headphones from Sony to use with my portable MD player. I'd like to know what the general consensus is on these phones from Sony: MDR-V6 MDR-V600 MDR-V500DJ MDR-V7506 I'd prefer the folding design, and a coiled cord, but if that comes at the price of ****ty...- source direct

A good book about jazz?
If you are looking for books that are a little more specific, and give details regarding artists' lives, you may want to look at books like "Jaco" and "Miles". ZOTL Chassis
And these three colors are offered all the time? Basically, I like the blue one. I'd also like to purchase the unit new, and I'd like to be able to know if I could get a blue one from him at anytime, or if the availability of a blue chassis is dependent on the number of units sold.- source direct

ZOTL Chassis
I have read that the color of the Berning ZOTL is changed after 50 units have been produced. Is there any validity to this?- source direct

Somehow I doubt that the kind of guy who buys a wireless Logitech is going to be happy with a keyboard like the Model M.- source direct

Via Preamp
Today I got my Marantz 2270. It's basically a 1971-1975 receiver that looks great, is durable, and sounds great. For more stuff about the receiver itself, check out http://www.audioreview.com . I have my Creek OBH-11 hooked up to the preamp outs of my receiver, and I have noticed that I like...- source direct

24/96 Why?
More often than not, 24/96 is preffered because a signal is easier to process at this level. This explains why people make copies of their LPs at 24/48, 24/96, 16/48, etc. as it's easier for them to process the signal (remove hiss, etc.). Then, when the processing stage is complete, they...- source direct

Miles Davis
Quote: Your suggestion that "music should be appreciated as quickly as it was made" is so ridiculous that I can't believe even you think this (how many years did it take Wagner to compose the Ring Cycle?); but I give you points for originality. I think this statement still stands when...- source direct
