IIRC, the Pro/Pro X use the Sabre's integrated amp section instead of a dedicated amp circuit. I believe output wasn't the highest either, but regular IEMs shouldn't be a problem.

The XD-05 has no problem whatsoever driving the Fostex T50RP with authority. Listening to the setup as I type. I'm on low gain and have the pot at about 12 o' clock, which is totally sufficent. Really nice, layered bass, details in abundance, clear vocals. I'm really digging the combination...

First impressions show that the XD-05 is certainly not build for sensitive IEMs. I can turn the pot to about 12 o' clock before it gets too loud with the likes of a CE5P or Brainwavz M5/M4. Also, there's quite a bit of background noise. Then again, it is equipped with a 1/4" (6,3 mm)...

Well, they have released their schedule, which stated end of January for the Seiun players and March for Pro/Pro X. It seems like the Seiuns will be shipped in the next few days. Why re-confirm what they had stated to begin with? I'd rather have them use all their resources to get the product...
