Music Alchemist, just curious what your thought process is for picking the Emotiva?  I haven't driven the HE-6 with a power amp yet and would like to know as you seem to have done your research.

Has anyone ever changed to the HE-560 headband for the HE-6 cups?   The size is similar, the HE-560 gimbal is just a pop-in.  Anyone?

I ordered them from an online retailer because I was getting other non-Audeze accessories.  I didn't realize there were black pads until I saw this thread.  No biggie, but the black look better for sure.

Where do you guys get your black Vegan pads?  I got the Audeze vegan pads and they are brown.
