Phono Input
I have a phono input on my Sony STR-V5 and I was wondering if it was safe to use my mp3 player in this input jack. The phono input is much louder than the others which helps compensate for hte lack of volume coming from the mp3 player. I was just wanting to make sure that it's not damaging to...- nitsujH

Home Amp
Sorry if I've missed some post that would have ansowered my question, but my search didn't help much since I don't really know what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a low to intermedate level amp that is powerful enough to power larger speakers. I've built a CMoy and a half (my dad decided he...- nitsujH

Sony STR-V5
I was wondering if anyone's had any listening time with a Sony STR-V5 reciever? I've been using it for about a year now after finding my parent's stash of old stereo equipment in the basement. I'm about as far as it gets from an audiophile, infact, I think if an audiophile did come into my room...- nitsujH

European Plugs
That's great, how safe would it be to plug a surge protector into one of these things, and then plug all my stuff into that? Thanks guys! *EDIT* This should fit Spain and France? This should fit Italy? -

European Plugs
I'm going to be taking a two week trip to Europe next summer, and I've just come to the realization that there are different plugs over there. I was wondering if there is some sort of adaptor I can use so my American plugged products will work? And if there is, is it safe to use on things such...- nitsujH

I just got the phones in the mail today and I opened them up to take a look at them before I went to work, and wow, these things don't look like $60 headphones, even if they are wireless. The enclosures are cheaply constructed and the transmitter feels like junk. Deffinatly not worth $60, good...- nitsujH

Alright, well I ordered the phones from Overstock.com but I need to order an output jack for this thing. Any ideas where I can get one and not pay $5+ in shipping for a $1 or $2 item?- nitsujH

I'm looking for a somewhat inexpensive way to listen to my mp3 player when I skateboard(15gig harddrive players and excessive movement don't react the best). I was thinking about getting these http://www.overstock.com/cgi-bin/d2....rod_id=1180248, but I don't want to use the headphones that come...- nitsujH
