Headphones.com Creative Aurvana In Ear 3 giveaway Part 2!!!!!
Actually, the Aurvana 3's were the first multi-driver IEM I really had a good chance to listen to. I don't profess to be an audiophile by any standard, and own cans like the SR60i, Aurvana Live, and earphones such as the Audeo PFE022 (green filter), and Ety HF5 so I am very familair with this...- murdock

Soul by Ludacris
I found a review comparing them against some Beats Solo HDs. http://blog.headphones.com/headphone-reviews/soul-by-ludacris-sl150-headphone-review/ a helpful when relating them to a comparable pair; but I don't think anyone would consider either 'audiophile' cans- murdock

Need help with choosing the right Cans :)
I'm familair with both the SRH940 & the HD-25..... both are fantastic as I'm sure you've read on here. The HD25's are definitely more portable than the srh940. On the HD25SP II, I know the earpads rotate so they can lay flat while hanging aroudn your neck. That;s a pro for me, that the SRH940s...- murdock

Portable full size headphones?
thanks! From the list, I'm leaning towards the Ultrasone's... not sure which one yet 2900 or 900. Would you recommend some of the less expensive ones from the Ultrasone Pro line? I wouldn't mind splitting up my budget and getting a new pair of earphones ;)- murdock

SOUL by Ludacris Headphones...
Quote: Well, for one I dont think they are being marketed as audiophile headphones. These are a 'lifestyle' type of brand, for people interested in teh 'in da club' feeling on their head. I don't think anyone is trying to compare these to a pair of DT 990s, sr225 or anything else...- murdock

Custom-colored Sennheiser HD 25-1 II adidas (a lot of big photos inside)
I just listened picked up a pair of these.. (regular black color). at first I thought the highs were real hot and the bass was lacking. Not sure how much an hour of burn in could have changed that, but my tune today is definitely shifting positively. needed a good portable set, to work...- murdock

HEADPHONES THAT SOUND LIKE SUBWOOFERS ON YOUR HEAD??
You are definitely right, they are heavily counterfeited... If you can identify your received pair as counterfeit and paid via paypal, you will definitely get all of your money back. a firend of mine bought a bunch of 'bose' headphones online and paid via paypal.. reported as fakes one received...- murdock
