Did you ever get this resolved. I've noticed this is happening for me twice now. I rescanned it the first time and everything worked but now it's occurring again. Haven't played it since I rescanned it the first time. All songs are compatible with the device.

That's not possible for them to update an OS from 7 to 8 an existing hardware. They've already stated with past products that they can't at this time. What you buy is what you get.

@FiiO Just got my M11 yesterday and I've already discovered a bug in the new firmware. Clicking on the settings icon causes it to exit out after a few seconds. I'm able to reproduce it everytime I open it.

Finally got my M11 today. It's quite larger than I thought. Question, does this have a factory applied screen protector on it like previous generations? I noticed it had a stick paper on the screen side.

Regarding the use of apps. How efficient is streaming music?

I probably won't for the price difference being offered. On a separate note, I'm curious to know for those who have it how well third party apps work with it. Are their any music players besides the default one that people recommend?

There doesn't appear to be much of an incentive for me to buy the Pro over the standard 11.

did you guys ever get a response on this? I'm quite interested myself. I don't own the M11 but I'm strongly considering upgrading from what I've seen so far.
