Thanks for the replies! The Sony website says that the X supports "MP3/ WMA/ AAC/ L-PCM". I understand that WMA can either be lossy or lossless. Does the X support both? I'm worried that the X will not support lossless.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I've decided not to get a wireless earphone. I think for now I have to cope with wires, because wireless earphones are not (yet?) at par with wired ones in terms of sound quality. I'll just get an IEM with a short wire.
