The MMCX seems to be the only cables that work well with iPhones and that's probably a big part of the earphone user market. Just a thought since the EPICmic cable fizzled out and disappeared.

There was a comment asking about the tuning for the new UMPro 30 on Westone's Facebook page and Westone replied that the tuning will be "more refined" than the UM3X. That's about all I've seen addressing anything about the tuning on the new (refreshed) lines.
