Polly Scattergood
Well, I kind of stumbled upon her on last fm and listened to a couple of songs which was enough to get me to go to the shop and buy her album. Money well spent. It's a fantastic album mixing delicate piano and voice with more modern electronical sounds and big bass impact (in many tracks)... -
A little help please?
Could fixing your HD205s be a possible solution? I pretty sure you could find somewhere that would re-attach the mini jack for a couple of quid (you can buy a new jack for a few pounds if it's broken).- ls206

I'm a bit of a headphone newbie (helped by the definition glossary!), will strengths in the attributes above give fantastic...- ls206

Help me choose a bass heavy IEM -> un-amped
Thanks again energie, I'll see how much of the price I can split with my GF (bday present ) but the bijous look to be a good contender to the denons. With regards to the over ear wire, I wear glasses and don't find the wires that comfortable.- ls206

Help me choose a bass heavy IEM -> un-amped
I just made an order for the Custom 1s at £18 But think I may go for the denons also. If I can get a good deal on the 700s I'll go for them, otherwise I think the 551s will do me fine. (just had a big read of the 700 comparison thread - thanks to all that posted there)- ls206
