I haven't had much time with the unit but have tried it with the: Meze Elite ZMF Caldera Sony MDR Z1R Spirit Valkyria I found the Meze Elite had the best synergy with the 320max. This surprised me because usually the Valkyria outshines all the others but the Elites are pure magic with the 320max.

What is the sound signature of the ROHM DAC's? If the Sony wm1zm2 is warm and lush and the A&K SP3000 is detailed and reference, how would you describe the ROHM?

DCS Lina GS-X mk2 I have the Auris Headonia 2A3 for tubes but haven't tried that yet.

Thanks all for your advice on the pad swap. Mine came with the leather and the "Lambskin Thick Caldera (warmer)" so it looks like I'll need to purchase the suede and cowhide pads to give them a try.

I'm using them with the DCS Lina stack. I gave them a quick try on my desktop system - Mola Mola Tambaqui and GS-X mk2. They sound great on both systems but the vocal issue remains the same on both systems.
