What do you think are the best gaming headphones for around $200 or less?

I want to get a good portable cd played with built in speakers I can put on a desk and listen to cds. I looked on amazon and the reviews are mixed on the sound quality. If the newer ones are bad can you recommend an older model that would be good ? I want to spend under $150.

I have the beyerdynamic headphones and the cable has become tangled in a few spots. is there any way to straighten the cable? any thing i can buy that would help ?
