Bought 35mm FILM camera. What have I done?!
Lately I have been shooting very dry, rigid and cold compositions so I don't think warmtone paper will fit the bill as of now, but I have used it and it is def. something that is fun/interesting to experiment with. Only tried the FB but maybe I'll pick up some RC to really see what the...- jellothatsyellow

Bought 35mm FILM camera. What have I done?!
Quote: I honestly forgot he was mainly interested in color in the middle of my post, it was so long-winded....and yes color printing can be pretty intense at times. In terms of the treatment of negatives, I have been fortunate enough to grow into photography with a darkroom at my...- jellothatsyellow

Post Your Photography Here #2
I may as well post an image I took considering all you have allowed me to enjoy viewing some of yours...So I will post one of my first pictures at that, before I knew even a fraction of what I do now in terms of both shooting and printing and photography in general! Now-a-days I primarily shoot...- jellothatsyellow

flash for my new lumix dmc-g1
If you are looking for a flash simply to offer a much more controllable and "refined" light to low-light and less than ideal light conditions and want to figure out the most cost-friendly solution...I would suggest any hot-shoe flash that has at least a titling head and interactive set-up, such...- jellothatsyellow

The Worst Part of my High School Career... or is it?
Quote: I agree that building a CMOY and discussing not only what it is (what a headphone/any amp is) but how it is involved in the process through which we are all able to appreciate recorded/amplified/etc. sounds/music/etc....is a great idea! I also agree that not only will...- jellothatsyellow

Bought 35mm FILM camera. What have I done?!
Quote: I agree. I just wanted to make sure he understood that even if he found a place that printed all his pictures with a green hue (as an example), that as long as they were able to process his film more efficiently/cheaper than any other place and do so CORRECTLY, he could...- jellothatsyellow

Bought 35mm FILM camera. What have I done?!
Yeah the F5 is massive, even more so than my buddy's F4s. In terms of walking around with it....I don't....I use my FM2 (oldest/most trusted/beatable body), or newly (year old) bought F100 (praise AF) for that since it honestly isn't worth the hassle/awkwardness/weight. I mostly use it if I am...- jellothatsyellow

Bought 35mm FILM camera. What have I done?!
In my honest opinion, grips are not worth the hassle they create if you plan on just doing some casual shooting (unless the grip is a part of the body like on my F5) since in my knowledge they are mainly mean to increase the amount of pictures one can take in a row and the rate at which these...- jellothatsyellow

Motorcycle-Fi
I know that this is a fairly common question and that it is suggested that a new rider begins on a 250, but I was just wondering what everyone here thought: I finally have my license, and plan on getting a bike in the very near future. As of right now the two bikes I have been looking at, have...- jellothatsyellow

Personality, age, and music genres
Hey, I am 20. Started listening to music around 13. At the time was mostly interested in Blink 182, Ramones, Nirvana, etc. I then began to listen to Pennywise, Rancid, Sham 69, Lower Class Brats, etc. Once I got to college I started listening a lot more to Cold War Kids, Arctic Monkeys...- jellothatsyellow
