Only benefit to UPS Expedited over Canada Post is that there is a off chance the latter won't tax you.   The former will definitely do so.   Standard UPS will charge ridiculous brokerage fees.   Canada Post is only possible if Heir will ship via EMS.    It would be awesome if...
