Just rubbing those shiny cups does it for me every time!

Ok, put a master fuse in my Evo and it was a bigger upgrade to the sound than any tube I've ever tried. Very happy camper here.

I bought my Milo AND my Eikon because Zach had the (then) new Eikon and Atticus on it.

How long have you had it? Usually takes about a month to break in then things REALLY get awesome.

Give it about 2 months for break in and it will sound otherworldly. Sensational in other words.

I don't look at them, but I'm constantly rubbing the cups because hey, they're works of art.

IME, burn in is very important, with SS amps too. Not so much if at all with EQ, but things like ambience, soundstage, imagery, and reverb trails; sometimes the sound seems a bit closed in (to me) on new devices. To me it seems to improve over a period of time-sometimes months. Some headphones...

Definitely a possibility but I'm still hoping the Bliss can kick into another gear like the Spring did-which was the best DAC I've ever owned and it's not even close. Right now though the Milo is just sounding sensational. Why is this amp so underrated? I remember first hearing it at ZMF's desk...

Really? Listening at Can Jams, I found the Meze Elite had very poor synergy with some of the tube amps-if it's doing the same with solid state amps it's very important to find out what amps it DOES sound good with.
