Astell & Kern KANN - DAP with Massive Storage & Battery
I periodically experience file system integrity issues. Whenever it happens, and it happens after a few months, I find myself duplicate files, truncated files and so on. So I have to reformat the micro sd. The sd are good quality Sandisk, and formatted in fat32 with guiformat. Am I the only one...- funkforfood

USB Audio Player PRO (UAPP): 24- and 32-bit playback, ubiquitous USB audio support for Android
I'm in trouble with my Honor 9 Lite. I'm using UAPP and two different DACs, the Chord Mojo and A&K AK10. Either sound good but it's the "clicks & pops" festival. I tried all the tweaks included in UAPP without results. I' ve also swapped different usb cables, no luck. Any help?- funkforfood

Astell & Kern KANN - DAP with Massive Storage & Battery
Playlists are buggy and they have never been fixed. Periodically I solve this issue by deleting the music library data and then re-scanning. It is however quite irritating to see such expensive products, so poorly supported. The Kann was my third Astell & Kern purchased, but it will probably...- funkforfood

Hifiman Ananda
I have been listening to Ananda for 4 days and I must say that I did not like it at all. Globally I prefer the sound of my old HE560, more precise, solid and articulate. Quite disappointing experience ...- funkforfood

Hifiman Ananda
I do not find the HE560s too bright, I find them a bit shouty in the upper midrange (4 kHz peak?) and the treble is sometimes a bit rough and grainy. If Ananda is a step forward, it is already a result.- funkforfood

Hifiman Ananda
Would you make a comparison between HE560 and Ananda? As I wrote a while ago, I own the 560 and I'm interested in Ananda. Thank you.- funkforfood

Hifiman Ananda
I have HE400i, HE560, Stax L300, Lambda NB, Lambda Pro, Lambda Signature, Gamma, SR-X MK3 and SR-X MK3 Professional. My experience is that stats still in a different league, much more finesse, detail, delicacy, air. I would like a magnetoplanar that sounds like my Stax, but IMHO, they are...- funkforfood

Hifiman Ananda
For those who know both, the Ananda can be considered a real upgrade of the HE560? Is there any parameter in which the Ananda is inferior ?, if yes, which? Thank you!- funkforfood

FiiO X7 Mk II 2GB RAM + 64GB ROM + ESS9028 PRO + Balanced + DSD + BT 4.1 aptX + Dual mSD + Dual Band WiFi + Opt Out
I owned the original x7 years ago, and the experience was depressing, especially for the countless software problems. I ask you if today, with Mark II, the situation has improved significantly. Do you think the X7 II is a mature device today ?- funkforfood

With official firmware, can DX50 handle the tags indexing of a full 256Gb uSD? Yes, when I listen to music i browse only by "album" or "artist", not by folder.- funkforfood

Hifiman Sundara (HE400i upgraded, around $500)
How do these headphones performs with classical music? I'm not looking for a "funny" headphone, I'm looking for a neutral and detailed HP. If I want to have fun, I go to the cinema!- funkforfood
