Whoooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!     Mine (and my friends) arrived today from Gary at my office - lucky I had my 3/4 modded T50-RP's with me today and have spent the last 3 hours listening while working...      I just have to say, what a wonderful amp for the price/size, more than enough...

I got some modelling clay myself today as well, hopefully I'll have some time tonight to make some adjustments and see what happens to the sound :)     I will be turning this, or my second set in to a full woody project in the new year.  Myself and my father will be working on CNC machines...

Alright... I so modded my T50 RP's just the basics for the first time today, added in some dampening, put on some new pads, and actually re-cabled to each driver directly with some beldin quad I had laying around here...   Honestly, I am incredibly impressed at this point, the highs and mids...

Yeah - the biggest thing to me is going to be your spraying technique.  You really need to take the time to practice on somethign else - all about keeping the can in motion while painting.  Be really careful of over-spray and creating drips as well.  it's way better to just take your time and go...

Another vote for AKG k701's.  Although I do generally like the sound of my friends HD650's better, I found my AKG's through a Little Dot MKII did a fantastic job for strings/pianos/opera/quartets.  If you can get a chance to listen before buying, definitely give 'em a chance.
