Yes, this is the model. Do try it out yourself. Even my wife listening, was able to notice the differences. But don't expect day and night differences.

Just changed to the infamous Mircon MicroSD card expecting not much difference from SanDisk Ultra. Boy, was I wrong. The difference is quite noticeable. Would like to recommend it. 👍

I do recognise the fact that Cayin N8ii is well engineered and built. So with using this grounding plug, did heard tighter bass and some improvements in treble area. And separation/layering got difference.

Using N8ii in my car, so chose AB for longer battery life. 😅

For myself, I listen mostly to tube mode as the choice of music (Asian Female vocals/Carpenters etc...) sounds more magical to me. SS if listening to EDM etc...

V1.5 sounds better alot than 1.4.

I left it in my car overnite from 8pm-8am, the next day realised that drop 10-13% although in idle mode and not playing any music.

Anyone notice faster battery drain when N8ii not in use, after the latest update.

Depends on your car audio system setup. I'm using DAP through 4.4MM to RCA to my car DSP, bypassing the head unit processing. My friend uses ipad to ifi gryphon to his system. Of course there will be difference if your system is good enough.
