Had a chance to really listen to these over the weekend after about 75 hours of burn in and wow! These really are great! Sound quality is well above anything i've heard, (granted i'm new to the world of head-fi). Fit, seal, and isolation are all perfect. The artwork is really good, 8 of 10 but...

Well mine came in the mail yesterday and after a quick listen, they are great! Definitely a depth to the music I haven't heard before, granted these are my first pair of decent phones, my last pair were E2Cs. Artwork looks good and they come in a padded soft pouch, not just a bag which is cool...

Looks like mine will be here today, sooner than expected! Don't think i'll have much time to really listen to them tonight but i'll listen to a few songs and post some initial impressions and then let them burn in for at least 24 hrs before posting a more complete review.

Just got my tracking number today from the lab so i should have my C3's by Friday. Really looking forward to my first pair of customs. Only took them one week after receiving my moulds.

Looks like my impressions made it to the lab today. Did anyone get a confirmation email when they started production or just a notice when they were done and ready to ship?

Got my impressions done last thursday, kind of a weird feeling! Sent them out the same day Fedex ground so with the holiday they should be at the lab this thursday, can't wait! I'll try and post some pics of my molds later.

I agree with what everyone else has said. They have definitely progressed and matured but it's still Modest Mouse. I don't listen to the old stuff much anymore.

I went with clear with black faceplate and white artwork. Rather than try and explain the artwork i'll just post pics once i get the completed monitors. I'm kind of on the fence on what color cord to get, either black or clear. I do plan on getting a UE custom cord eventually as mentioned...

Well i took the plunge today and ordered the C3's and going to the audiologist thurs. Can't wait!

Looks like i'm going to have to put off ordering my C3's for awhile. Don't thnik i'll have the artwork ready in time and i'm going out of town all next week and i'll be without internet access. Looks like it will have to wait until the begining of July.
