The JVC FX850..Woodie perfection?. (A review)
My cables keep shorting out when keeping my FX850 in the case. Does anyone have any tips to avoid this? I try to place it in a way that isn't stressing the cable, but it always starts having issues eventually. I'm also in the market for a cable. Is there a consensus on material or which cable...- 7S Cameron

Rockbox for iBasso DX50 dual boot with stock firmware
I'm so happy your mirror on Mega still works. I was worried at first when the original link stopped working. My audio stutters in stock firmware almost like a scratched CD from time to time. If I remember correctly Rockbox fixes this issue for me so I am setting it up again. Thank you for the...- 7S Cameron

The JVC HA-S500 thread.
In that price range I would recommend the S500. The S50BT is wireless and the S500 is wired. They use different drivers so they won't sound alike at all. The S500 was my first pair of headphones that I bought after registering on this site. I've bought many headphones since and I still love my...- 7S Cameron

I completely agree. Warmer and more spacious. I haven't had much listening time, but they are definitely a step up from the PM4.- 7S Cameron

The discovery thread!
It's good to know I'm not the only one having issues with the PM4. My right side connector falls out very easily. As far as sound goes though: wow. I can't believe what I am hearing from these. The price I got these for is ridiculous. They can hang with my FX850 and aren't even close in price...- 7S Cameron

The JVC HA-S500 thread.
I still love my S500! I always go back to it for reference because it was the first audiophile grade headphone purchase I made. For the price it is still the best sound you can get IMO. I love the stock pads too!!- 7S Cameron

The JVC FX850..Woodie perfection?. (A review)
I enjoy it with my DX50. It lacks a bit in the bass, so it balances the 850 out very well!- 7S Cameron

Any idea what the difference between full (erase) and full (overwrite) is? I read the user manual, but it is confusing. I'm doing full (erase) right now.- 7S Cameron

I've wanted to try a reformat, but I have been procrastinating because of how long it will take to transfer my music files back on to the SD card. I will definitely give this a shot soon as the stuttering drives me crazy even though it doesn't happen that often.- 7S Cameron
