Have this Combo - brilliant- ultimate workout headphones with legend x customs - needs adapters for 2 pin though as there model has the recessed 2 pins

it gets a bit heated on the DCS related forums!! I don't think I care too much if some engineering wunderkind creates a beautiful, functional world beating DAC/amp from £15 of parts and decides to sell it for $50k - I think a lot of the people on the forum just want to hear if it's worth...

late to the show - but have to mention raal sr1a - driven by the hsa-1b - seems to capture the whole orchestra perfectly, putting you right in front of the orchestra - so so close to a very top end speaker system experience, just missing the tactile bass experience that even the 1266 cant...

has any one tried this yet - does it compare well to the hsa-1b when connected to a decent headphone amp

agree - i can't see the amp being a game-changer against the other best-in-class amps at that price - but the DAC and clock - hmm - could be dave/Bartok beaters - canjam reviews are exciting but can't imagine it easy to assess with all the background activity

am i missing something - the groundswell of impressions on this seems to be missing - has nobody listened yet?

I had a bad experience when i tried to get my cable terminations changed to 4.4mm balanced - fine to start with but not very robust and failed after a few weeks I'm looking for services in the UK Many thanks for your recommendations
