My experiences with Glow dac confirms that the weakest part of the Glow is the Dac. Headphone amp and speaker amp are awesome but the dac is simply bad. Any other external Dac would be an awesome addition to the Glow amp. Maybe they'll address that part when a new Glow amp comes out later.

Oppo Dvd / Cd player could be an excellent choice for the money. Just google it and you'll see a lots of reviews.

Old school I totally agree with you about the Dac of Glow one. Everything sounds very thin and without body. Indeed, a nice Dac such as Bench Dac 1 should make a huge difference. I just wish Glow one had a little more power and came without the Dac. It's kinda annoying when they include Dac...

Old school, how do you like the combo of Glow amp and the Horn shoppe speakers ? I know they're very efficient but are they enough to get loud. It's kinda not easy to kind efficient speaker to match with Amp glow.

BTW, my A5 are for sale !!! Excellent condition with all orginal accessories and box. Save money and buy better cables !!! It makes a lot of difference. Pm me for details!

It's unfortunate but I think I might return the amp... The hum doesn't go away and it's getting frustrated.

Isn't Acoustech HT-64 better than HT-63? HT-63 looks like surround speakers just looking at them although the price seems to be very good.

I just got my Glow amp today!!! It kinda sounds little muddy but it's just starting! What do you guys recommend for the speaker since for now I'm using my Audioengine 5 active speakers. Also, my low fidelity mp3 files don't sound good at all!!!
