Bose QC20 or Shure SE425
I haven't heard the qc20s, but I loved the 425s.. They were very accurate to me, without bloated bass or anything like that. Comfort wise for extended periods, I would go with Bose.- filipelli

It's been a while, but I am back. These rigs have gotten super crazy!! I've attempted to keep mine as minimal as possible so I can use it everywhere. Nano 3 ->Xin SuperMini IV -> Silver Custom LowPro -> Yuin Pk1 The rig is kept together with 3m mounting strips, which are incredibly...- filipelli

Bowers & Wilkins P5 Mobile Headphones Review
Great review. I don't think these headphones got a fair shake here on head-fi when they first came out...and that is probably due to the fact that people were using them as plain listening cans instead of portables. I agree with everything you stated in your review. Quote...- filipelli

Another update to my mini rig. Got the shures before, but just got the clip+ in. Great combo. The warmth from the clip+ is the perfect blend with the se425s analytical and crisp sound. Love this rig!- filipelli

Quote: To be honest, I haven't given it a sufficient listen yet. I have been balancing them with a huge haul of cans I got from a seller here as well as a pair of shure se425s. So far loving the shures a lot so I have been listening to them a lot. If/when I get a good chance I will be...- filipelli

Shure SE425 or SE535?
Been away a long time, and just dropped into head-fi to check out the shure line up. I like the look of 425s (yes call me shallow) haha so I wanted to do some research. Here is a nice youtube vid comparing the 535 and the 425 at CES. Some good descriptors there - but of course could be BS as...- filipelli

InEarZ (Fisher Hearing) Custom Remold Owner's Thread
Quote: I have clear customs and went this route. But what you can do is pick up a pure silver cable in white/clear - those ones do not oxidize. I had one for a while before I traded for a regular UE cable. I didn't like the memory curl that happens when you stow it, and my connectors...- filipelli

Nice thread, I am going to give this a try with my Livewires, which have always had a poor fit. I never got around to remolding them because I had a pair of ue5s that fit perfectly.
