We have the same setup! Except i'm using rockbox ipod more often. The idea of an amp in my opinion is to amplify the music volume without adding coloration or any unnecessary boost to the music. Nowadays my C5 is exclusively used with HD600. The H3 sounds great from iphone and 5g ipod alone.

Same here.... TG334 with 2.0.5 DX90 doesnt match well in sunny and humid little red dot :mad:

If sound quality is important and you love to chat, radio and internet. Look no further, ZX1 is the one for you. I have tried F886, but never really like it. I will get DX90 or even 50 over it. Again, go try them out first and choose wisely. Our impressions may be different
