Foobar - Low or High buffer, what is better for sound quality?
How do I change my buffer settings in Foobar? I just bough a set up and im hearing pops and cracks, I think its due to this?- Peddi135

how come this problem doesnt exist with my regular headphones and speakers. isnt the computer processing the sound just the same. if anything when its not connect to the DAC, the computer is doing extra work since its soundcard is also working. does my new set up make my computer do more work...- Peddi135

So I'm leaning towards the HE-500 with the emotiva mini-x plsu the modi. Would you recommend I simply buy an adapter that goes 1/4 inch to banana plugs, or getting an entirely new wire setup with balanced plugs..? and will going with either one have an acoustic impact?- Peddi135
