You're probably right, I just made a big leap from Ultrasone HFI-580's and of course just want to make sure that nothing is wrong or something after spending as much as I just did. I just don't have my Lyr 2 and Bifrost Uber so I'm very anxious.

So looking at my Sinusoidal, it seems a lot different from what is in the OP. But I realize that revisions have been made since then, is this more of the norm now?  

Finally broke down and bought these headphones, just waiting for my Schiit Lyr 2 and Bifrost Uber to come in and actually give these the power they deserve.

I've been looking to get these headphones for a while now, so it looks like Lyr 2 is a good amp to go with. Would a Bifrost go good as a DAC? Would it be recommended to go uber and USB connection?   Thanks guys, just been out of the loop for a while and want to make sure things haven't changed.

Not able to help you there, I was considering the Q701's for a while that's why I know a little bit about them but they're kind of on the opposite end of the spectrum that you want.   At least you can get some use out of what I said the BB price matching.

The only decent headphones I could find online were the Q701's that were horribly inflated in price and those lack in the bass youwould want.
