I agree with Inks, but let's agree to disagree. If your preconditioned bias (positively) enhances your enjoyment of the IEM, that's great for you! And let's not forget how well-engineered the VC02 is.

Touchy topic, this burn-in. Let's agree to disagree :P... Nevertheless, this does not detract from the fact that the VC02 is an impressive IEM both in SQ alone and as a package. Let's hope prominent reviewers like Joker and ClieOS pick this up soon... The microdriver worries me though...

Inks is correct. There are no changes at all, but deeep insertion gives you a moderately smooth and revealing sound. Stock biflanges work very well in this regard. BTW, how does one clean the filter and housings of the VC02 - by the normal way? Can the stock tips be washed?
