That tinny, lean sound reminds me of something nostalgic but I just can't pin down exactly what it is.   An old 70's radio? A loudspeaker inside a hall? Free plastic speakers bundled with PCs?   Try it!

Simple question:   Will the upper-end grados (RS2i up) feel as uncomfortable as the lower end ones? Is this all foam dependent or is this a exercise in futility?   What do I mean by uncomfortable? Both.

I've been reading some arguments regarding SS and Tube amps sounding exactly the same, and while I am not really sold on that argument, wouldn't it imply (if SS = Tubes in sound) that tube rolling would make zero difference at all?   Sorry if it sounds like I'm trying to present two debates...
