Review by 'ccluk' on item 'V-MODA Crossfade M-80'
Got M-80 and becomes my every day headphone since early this year. I don't like the stock cable with phone control buttons so I make a custom OFC cable, sound is a little bit improved and become smooth. Most of the time I am playing 40% pop, 30% jazz and 30% classical, not so many...- ccluk

V-MODA VAMP VERZA/METALLO: Discussion/Feedback, Reviews, Pics, Crowdsourcing Ideas
Quote: Quote: Maximum input is 16/48. It is the maximum what iDevices can play. It is not possible to upgrade a venture craft Go Dap X into a Verza by changing the op.amps only. As Verza is using 6 layer PCB and Go Dap X is using 2 layer, the background noise of Verza...- ccluk

V-MODA VAMP VERZA/METALLO: Discussion/Feedback, Reviews, Pics, Crowdsourcing Ideas
Quote: sorry! don't know about this feature :) , just think it is easier to read. Compare to godap-x at 47 ohms , VERZA's 10 ohms output impedance is much lower, implies it is more stable to various headphones. However, lowest impedance is not equal to best sound, it's all about...- ccluk

Review by 'ccluk' on item 'V-MODA Crossfade M-100'
M-100 is a very easy to drive headphones. Before that I am using M-80s on-ear, and really do not belive any headphones can replace it. As the M-80 can deliver very high quality audio even with bare iPhone 4S with lossless music tracks! With an headamp the sound is just bigger and better a...- ccluk

VentureCraft’s Go-Dap Unit 4.0 vs. V-MODA VAMP
Unit 4.0 is having lower power of 60W x 2 and VAMP is 130W x 2. In my experience VAMP is more European / US music style, where Unit 4.0 is more on lean type sound for Japanese local favorite sound. If you already own an iPhone 4S I seriously recommend you to use VAMP as it is perfect...- ccluk
