Well my JH16's fit fine and sound fantastic, I use them with my Ipod touch with line out to an iBasso D6, all my music files are Apple Lossless or WAV, no MP3 crap, these babies have made all my universal IEM's obsolete, for the people with performance and fit issues, I suggest sending them back...

Are customs overpriced, they sure are, but that's what the market calls for, since these companies do not make tens of thousands of units like all universal IEM's, mass production helps keep costs down, same as buying a car, a mass produced car will cost much less than a custom one.

yes they are IEM's, they get information from their pit crew wile racing around the track, plus noise isolation, in regards to who manufactures their IEM's, try Google.
