It was indeed a surprise; however, images of the HD660S were available. I will wait for images of the HD820 or whatever it may be called, before I get my hopes up. It would be nice though. I hope the rumors are true.

It may be real. They did release the HD660S recently. Given that, they may wait for another release. We will see.

I have seen measurement of them on certain sites. I don't know if this is available here or not. Looking at measurements may help you figure out what the sound is like. Pretty much everything I have read says that they are quite good.
