This has been a total farce since the AH-D2000 they OEMd for Denon.

v-moda m100. Spent 200something. they sound terrible compared to other things in that pricerange. Get DT770 80 ohm, shorten the cord or something if you must.

So I just got an HA-501 and oh my god it's perfect.

I'm actually weirdly shocked at how much I love the TH-610. I think it's all subtle tunings, I don't think anything's actually "better".

Also the momentums can thrump and bump like JUST fine. I mean, not quite denon AH-d2000 level, but still really bomfy

The 1st gen momentum sounded pretty much like the 2nd gen. having done blind testing it's honestly hard to tell which one is on your head.

As someone who went from the DT770 80ohm to the AH-D2000 to TH600, TH610, and AH-D7000...   yes. get these. You will love them.

Has anyone else tried the Mionix Naos 7000? I just am in love with this mouse.

If you're just looking for bass, yes. Other than that, the momentum is honestly as good or better. If you want more bass, make sure to remember the 80 ohm version. 

I have to give a shout out to the Mionix Naos 3200 and 7000. Fantastic mice. 

I'm zapfdingbat on massdrop and I'm super into this giveaway. I'd love to see a JVC-Massdrop cooperative venue. Looking at their fostex th-x00. I shop massdrop every time they do a collaborative product. :) I bought a pair of k7xx just the other day.

I absolutely can comment on their quality. The TH600 and AH-D7000 are very comparable. I mean, VERY comparable. They share basically 100% of the technical hardware, the TH600 has metal cups, the d7000 has wood, but they honestly sound REALLY similar, as someone who has both of them sitting...

Three months sounds about right for Razer. That being said, I can't handle the built-in acceleration on the m65, so.

The 3200 is not "flawless" in the sense that it uses the same predictive stuff that lets you do flat lines that the mx518 did. In the sense that it has a very good maximum speed before malfunction, it's great, and way better than ... pretty much all laser mice. It also does not have the hardware...

I love mine. I had the AH-dxxx swivel problem on them, though. :/ So now they're held together with a lot of shoelaces. Sound great, though! 

So I find myself here, after championing a quick and dirty fix for a very battered pair of d2000s, now looking for a nicer fix for a th600. The spring screw thing splode, fell out. Any current dealers for the fostex parts? are they the same?
