uDAC is a very small USB DAC, USB to SPDIF, and headphone amp (1/3 size of Icon, draws power from USB cable to PC). The DAC is slightly better than Icon or Icon Mobile. Headphone amp is about the same as Icon Mobile. uDAC could be a good pairing with Icon Amp (also shipping in 2 weeks).
