Hi, I'm wondering if the nexus 10 can be used with a DAC without rooting? If rooting is needed, what kernel do indeed to install?

Lately I'm looking for a new IEM since I'm getting bored with my Westone 3. Originally I was about to pull the trigger on SM3 but then I saw that they just released the SM64, has anyone tried the SM64 and is it a huge improvement on SM3?

How about the size? Looking at the photos they seem to be about the size of D5000/7000, maybe a bit taller and thinner. Wouldn't that be a bit too huge?

If the D600/D7100 are truly evolution of D5000/D7000, I'd say they probably aren't very portable due to the leakage. Besides, judging from photos it seem as large as a D7000 and D7000 is huge.

To be honest ,my very first audiophile gear (even though I'm mostly an IEM user, this one still predates my IEMs) is the D1100 I guess I just always got a softspot for the Dx000 line, and the D5000/D7000 just look so...gorgeous! But considering that D5k brand new is somewhere north of $450...

It it weren't for the ugliness of the D600, I'd no doubt wait for it and get it. But it looks so..terrible :( Especially comparing to the D5k

I've been looking to get a pair of D2000 or D5000 but considering they are now d/c and the D600 are coming out... Should I wait to see how the D600 holds up or grab the D5000 before it vanish from reality?

I used to own IE8 a couple years ago, but then I accidentally steppd on it and broke it :/ Since then I've been using my westone 3 but lately I've been thinking about getting IE80 Anyone that owns all of these can give a comparision? I really miss my IE8's bass but the westone 3 is just so...
