I'm looking into buying these for myself as a birthday present but I have a few questions first.    How does the UEPRM compare to the UERM? Is it worth the upgrade over the UERM? What is the driver configuration? 2 lows, 2 mids, 2 highs?   Thanks guys!

JH13s have substantially more treble as far as my ears can tell. Both the ES5s and JH13s are colored, just in different ways. I prefer Westone's signature.  Let us know about how you feel when your JH13s arrive!

Oh you just got your ES5s like a month ago, I thought it was out of the 3 month grace period. :P   Yeah they are energetic but it's not coming from the treble for me. Most of the energy I'm feeling is coming from the bass and midrange.

How much were your ES5 reshells per ear? Oh and they definitely shouldn't sound bright. 

Unusual because they have fairly different sound signatures.

I dont want something that will color the ES5s too much as I find them quite enjoyable already. Something portable that sounds clean that can open up the highs and the soundstage while enhancing detail retrieval a bit would be good for me. 

Okay so I've had my ES5s for 50 days now and put close to 200 hours on them. All I can say is that I still love them as much as I loved them on the first day. The bass seems to have become more refined. I also feel there is a every so slightly less bass now. Not sure if this has to do with burn...

The ES5 tips are the best! The first 30 seconds in your ear they feel like acrylic then after that they disappear. MAGICALS! 

Wow #11! How did they label it back then? ES511-L? Or did they do ES50011-L?

Hey Lillee what serial number is your ES5? I just want to get a sense of how many ES5s Westone is making per month. Mine is in the 1700s. Oh and what color are they?
