There isn't "the best" but there's the best for your taste. If you like a warm-sounding, fullbodied headphone not lacking details, my go-to choice would be the Philips Fidelio X1.

The Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro should be something for you - detachable cable, adjustable bass (ranging from a tad boosted to insane), very easy to drive if you're looking to use it with portable sources, too.
