If you're willing to ship to Germany, I'd be interested in those W30's you have. How old are they / how long have you been using them, approximately?

    Looking for warm, sub-$400 IEM

a tad too pricey for me, especially considering import tax... I finally found out - they're not proprietary, but come with the exact 0,78mm 2-pin configuration my Westones and spare cables used. Would be a huge plus for the Nobles. Even when bass boosted, the ER4B-sound is just not my kind of...

    Looking for warm, sub-$400 IEM

Hi there, unfortunately, my Vsonic "New" VSD5S and my Westone UM3XRC simultaneously gave out and now I'm in dire need of new IEMs. As I am currently quite busy and I've been out of the hobby for a few years, I feel quite disoriented coming back looking for the "perfect" IEM, so I could use...

V-moda Crossfade M-100 vs Beats Pro

Although the beats pro isn't nearly as bad of a value as the solo HD, they are, not only in Value but also in build-quality and sound, inferior to the V-Moda M-100s, by a long shot. While they are about equal in punch and both tend to sound bloated here and there, the V-Moda can reproduce more...

    Upgrade Headphones or Amp

The T90s are rather easy to drive thanks to the tesla technology. At least for me, the difference between driving them from a Sennheiser HDVD 800 and a FiiO E07K was rather marginal. Unproblematic if you ask me. Although I would look into buying other headphones, since the T90's treble is really...

Closed headphones in the 150-200$ price range. Need help.

Nah, the M-100 won't work with classical, I didn't reccomend it either, I just wanted to compare the stage with the COP, for the lack of a better comparison, since the M-100s stage is quite a bit off. As for the COP; it would've been interesting how much the bass was boosted (be it 1, 3, 5...

    Best Open-Back Headphones Under $300

There isn't "the best" but there's the best for your taste. If you like a warm-sounding, fullbodied headphone not lacking details, my go-to choice would be the Philips Fidelio X1.

I'm not great with comparing soundstages, but it isn't small on the cop. I'd say it's about the size of the DT770. Placement felt good though, not as off as on the V-Moda Crossfade M-100s for instance. But regarding that matter, you might wanna get somebody to second my opinion.   How far did...

Need advice for a IEM for around 300 dollars.

The C5 do neither provide a balanced sound, nor are they worth the price tag in my opinion.   I haven't heard the Turbine Pro Gold myself, but they appear to be rather v-shaped than balanced.     If you're looking for a bit of well extended, boosted bass and a warm sound, I can recoomend...

The Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro should be something for you - detachable cable, adjustable bass (ranging from a tad boosted to insane), very easy to drive if you're looking to use it with portable sources, too.

Usb dac/amp, xonar essence one alternative

Thanks for the answers!   And sorry for posting this in the wrong area of the forum, I just read the PM you get when you join Head-Fi. Too late, obvisouly.         Well that sounds different from what I've heard so far, but it isn't the first time there's different opinions about...

Usb dac/amp, xonar essence one alternative

Hi there, I've been quietly reading along the last few years - now I feel kinda stuck with my decision and hope you can help me out. I've been looking to upgrade my asus xonar xense to an external dac and I feel about as overwhelmed as I am underwhelmed by the extend and limitation of choices...
