My budget can change depending on how much i need/want something. I am pretty happy with my zxr soundcard, but there is no way to properly amp straight out of it which is why i'm after a combo. Plan to spdif into dac>amp, that way i can switch between the outputs easily through the soundblaster...

  To my ears both my zircon have more mid bass, sound cleaner, and reach way lower than the zs3. Maybe i'm not getting a proper seal with zs3, although to me it feels like i am as 1 side wants to constantly vacuum. As nice as they look, i've just given up trying to like them and the ed12.

  I have no doubt they will, they are insane value. Sounds absolutely amazing with the silicone tips and easily my favourite from the budget buys (so far...).

Sounds really flat and getting about 10% sound vs the working side. From what i can hear through the working side though, lovely sound even before "burn in".   Only tried through my zxr so far, will buy a 3.5mm adaptor tomorrow so i can test it through another source.   Cheers guys

Just received mine from Japan. One side is pumping more way more volume then the other :(   Anyone else had this?
