My complaint is BS? Well it is too loud on a 16 ohm IEMs. I had to set the volume all the way down to 10% to listen through IEMs before blowing my ear drums out and bump it back up to 70% for the speakers. Of course this gotta be a problem with my IEMs, not X7 itself, but then I wonder why they...

  This is BS. So they decided to fix the impedance issues for IEM, paint it white, include bigger power supply and sell $100 more. I fixed the noise on IEM by getting an UE attenuator which is only $10 bucks.

Oh yes, it will charge while you use it as DAC via USB. Bluetooth also work while charging as well.

I ordered mine on Friday, received it yesterday. I gotta say I'm not impressed on SQ. It just doesn't right compared to Xonar Essence STX II. I will try out a different set of opamps tonight. Volume is either too loud for my IEM (I have to set volume to 10%) or too low for my 5.1 speakers...

I can confirm there's audible hiss using DN-2000 with E5. X7 is quieter but not exactly dead silent. I also notice it is incredibly LOUD. DN-2000 was dead silent when using with Essence STX II.
