yeah :P theyve fixed most of the problems that the previous version had especially the housing and the replaceable cable is a big plus!

hm for a refund its 15% restocking so about like $50 :O id probably have to spend another $150 for the sm3 >_> btw do you know how big the improvement is for the sm3 with the custom earmold? ty
