Who here is NOT buying MW2?

Probably wasn't going to buy it in the first place as I am not a huge COD fan, but now with these limitations I probably wont even buy it when it is cheaper since most of my play would be online.

    Cable management?

4 hooks under table, plastic storage container, hang container from hooks, ziptie everything in little bundles in storage container, dont ziptie wires which would be strained in bringing container down. My container is like 20x30x10cm it has a 3.5" external drive, 7 port usb hub, power brick...

I LOVE my new macbook pro

For reference I did snow leopard cleanly today. Pop in snowleopard disk, restart and boot off disk, erase partition with disk utility. Install Snow Leopard. Then insert your laptops OSX disk 1 (that it came with) (have disk 2 ready) and there is an option for "optional installs" click that...

Best RIP software vs Mac (as good or better than EAC)?

Using Rip right now to do all my CDs in ALAC, they all got scrambled since I last did a large portion of them so it is warranted to do it again, as it doesn't take much longer than looking for unripped ones. I have noticed it crashes a fair amount sometimes randomly but that may be due to its...

The "WINDOWS 7 IS FREAKING AWESOME!" thread.

I have been using 7 for a while, other than a few issues where apps didnt want to install in 64bit due to a wrong version and picky apps that arent used to 7's implementation of 32/64bit Works well, sorta wish i ordered the upgrade but I figure the extra 50 bucks for an OEM copy will be...

    i love microsoft peripherals!

I had a comfort optical 3000 and its wheel got clogged up in a way after a while, some rubbing alcohol on the wheel itself and a quick dissection and cleaning of where it rotates fixed that (their smooth rotating wheel) Was looking at the bluetooth one for my laptop but decided against it...

Best RIP software vs Mac (as good or better than EAC)?

With max I know you can have it add to library, so you could look at your existing itunes library, see the structure, tell rip to save the files in that structure and add them to itunes (provided it lets you like max) and that could solve any issues.

Best RIP software vs Mac (as good or better than EAC)?

Ok cool, I noticed musicbrainz could be lacking at times so having a second source would be nice. I noticed itunes didnt embed album art which became a problem with apps such as boxee. Not sure if you ever do so but for transcoding to mp3 for portable devices, should max do the trick fine?
