Inline attenuator (1/8" / 3.5mm) for UE-10 Pros?
Although I love my UE-10 Pros I suffer the same issue as many other IEM owners; they are so sensitive that many sources are simply to loud to comfortably listen to. I'm a bit paranoid about potential hearing loss so I never listen very loud. I am currently using a Sansa e280, and even with the...- Jetlag

In-line volume controllers: sound quality?
Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I am also using a Sansa e280 but with UE-10Pros. I can't quite get the sound level low enough for comfortable listening. Would one of these from M-Audio work? I want to avoid extra cable if possible. Thanks!- Jetlag

My only intent was to inform Headfiers, and I already apologized for doing that. mrdeadfolx = This thread had fallen all of the way to page 3 when you bumped it, so didn't you sorta do the same thing?!?- Jetlag

Sorry if I ruined it for anyone, wasn't my intention at all. I did sell my Hornet here before I bought my Tomahawk. Not interested in selling it though as I use it all the time when I exercise and travel.- Jetlag

Post pics of your computer rigs here.
Those are a pair of 100% fully factory reconditioned Paradigm Active Studio Reference 20s. I got them at a great price and sent them up to Paradigm in CA for a couple weeks of TLC. They effectively took them back to factory spec; replaced the boards, power supplies, etc. They sound great. Also...- Jetlag

Mine are a slightly older version of the HAVEFLEX STARQUAD CBL XLRM-XLRF 6' BLACK, Part ID: 201000-06BLA. Now they are made with nickel shells and silver contact pins vs my black shells and gold pins. You can still get the black ones at B&H Photo, part number CAXMXF6 but I prefer the look and...- Jetlag

I was actually hoping someone would invent a device that could automatically filter out rap, country or anything by Barbara Streisand or Fleetwood Mac.- Jetlag

I did not phrase my jitter statement very well, I simply meant to point out how the DAC1 deals with jitter. Your wording was much clearer. Yes, realistically it could have been made 'better', but I think the law of diminishing returns would have rapidly set in for each tiny incremental gain...- Jetlag
