Just got my Silver Dragon connector for my HD650 Silver Dragon cable to my Protector. Was a pleasure dealing with Drew, and the cable looks and sounds fabulous. Its quite an awesome setup!

Anyone compared it with the CD version? Very exciting to see material like this coming out in hi res. Think I'm going to have to get this one, HDTracks is getting a good flow of money from me nowadays...

Yes, thanks very much for this - exciting times indeed! Downloading the 24/96 flac files now. A bit OT, but I downloaded the 16/44 files of Sad Wings of Destiny by Judas Priest from HDtracks the other day to replace my original cassette copy (!). Had a blast listening to it again in AIFF...

Just on the portability of the HD650s. I only use mine at home. But I have a small place, my hi-fi is in one room and often I want to listen in another room for various reasons. In that case I need a portable amp for my HD650s (no space for a second or third home amp).
