I suggest you use the audio science reviews forums to find info on all of the amps you listed. Based on the stuff I read there and elsewhere I went with a combo of: Topping E30 DAC JDS Labs Atom headphone amp If you want an all in one I’d look at the Topping DX7s or DX7pro

For $30 they can't be beat. They are light, small, and definitely sound good for the price.

At the AES show the other day they had a pair of hd600's connected to their DAC1. I would say it's safe to assume the 600's or 650's would be a solid choice.

I've never heard of anyone talk about damage done to their equipment by cell phone radiation. Even if it could cause damage, almost everything has shielding to stop it from being bombarded with EM radiation from everything else out there. The only downside I can think of is if you're recording...
