Just got my MP 9927s, very nice. Stock tips are awful but swapped for Sony Hybrids (my fav tip) and boom.... much nicer.   For £4.72 these are amazing.

  Probably but tough to get in UK, was looking on eBay and it's hard to tell genuine from fake etc. Also to say they are "better" than them...how do you mean? Better or just that you prefer the Piston?

I have to say the VSD1 are very good and for the price, well worth owning a pair. I seem to listen to them more than other pairs at the moment. Have a few budget/deals pairs of iems on the way and also have the VSD1LE and prefer the regular VSD1 to the LE sound.

      Awesome, thanks very much... seems to be about right. Will have to really do some listening and see what else I hear. I think there is an instant difference, as you say, definitely not as "airy" but also not as warm either.   I really like the VSD1 and have been listening to them...
