Gradofan2, have you tried this tube buffer with your DV332 or any of your tube amp? I'm curious how well it is going to be if tube buffer is added to tube setup. I'm using Marantz CD5003 and DV332. Thank you.

Thank you hifidk. Did you send your impressions back when upgrading? My ear impressions are in quite a bad shape, the coating are chapped, but still maintain the shape. Custom from other manufacturer is always an option, but as far as I know, they cost almost twice of upgrading

C3's turn around time is about 2.5 weeks. There's a discussion thread about Hearyourself, most people have C3, you can check their impression.

Whatever brand you choose, stay away from single driver custom IEMs. I have one, not satisfied and I'm considering an upgrade.

I suggest you give them a try first. IMHO, usually Sennheiser users don't like Grado and vice versa because their sound signature is so different.
