I was wondering if you guys could recommend what you think are the best over the ear closed headphones in the $25 range? The 3 on my short list are the Sennheiser HD 206, Monoprice Modern Retro, and the Koss UR 20, but I'm open to other options. Thanks in advance

Whenever I turn the volume knob up or down on the MG-Head OTL it makes this annoying static noise, however it stops when the volume is set. It's been this way from day one, and I assume it came that way from the factory. Does any one know what may be causing this, and is there anything I can do...
