Probably, but people who tried up to this date have failed ... 
 
You should see what's in the LOD of the ebayer before trying to make yours ! (I'd love to build mine too)

Being an owner of a Zune 30 myself, this definitely peaks my interest. The headphone out on the Zune 30 is fairly good within itself, but after hearing it through a docking station I own, I know now that it's capable of much more. Thanks for posting this!

If this works, I'm thinking a zune-lod-ibasso t3d-triple fi 10's (recased as customs) would be quite a boss portable setup... I'd just need to get the lod, ibasso and custom molds done

Mine has not arrived yet. Usually takes two weeks from HK, but it will get here. Looking forward to determing if the Zune LOD suonds better than the HP out. Certainly hope so. My setup will be Zune/LOD/high end mini to mini/T4/DBA-02.
