We're excited to announce our first Limited Edition release of 2025! After a purposeful pause to enhance our processes and catch up on existing orders, we're back with major improvements and stunning new offerings. Here’s everything you need to know:



KEY UPDATES

We've been busy improving your ZMF experience—these changes all go into effect on Friday, April 18th:

  • Faster Shipping: Stock headphones are now listed at 4–8 weeks, and LTD editions at 6–12 weeks. We're actively working to reduce these timelines further across the board! Later this year, we plan to bring stock headphone shipping times down to 1–3 weeks—keep an eye on each model's product page as these changes roll out.​

  • Extended Trial Period: Stock headphones now come with a 30-day trial (up from 14 days).​

  • Simplified Returns: A flat 10% restocking fee, no additional transaction fees.​

  • Free USA Ground Shipping: All orders over $200 USD will receive "best-way" free shipping. If you're looking to save on shipping, definitely select this option—ZMF will choose the carrier and method that best suits your order and location.​

  • International Customers: We now offer a new simplified international shipping system: most accessory orders will ship for $25 USD, and most headphone orders for $50 USD, with rates determined by weight. This new structure will save our international customers money when selecting this economy option. DHL and other priority services remain available if you prefer faster or alternative shipping methods.​

  • Improved Repair Process and Communication: Streamlined and faster responses! We've implemented an AI-based support system to help with common questions and faster responses. That said, it's continually learning from our interactions and improving over time. Rest assured—every support ticket is monitored by a real human, whether the response initially came from our AI or not.​

Late night before 11pm EST just random browsing I randomly stumbled across the limited editions on zmfheadphones.com... it was like I discovered a magic chamber no one else knew about. Already blew my head-first budget this year but excited to see the videos on the new stabilized cups.

I mean, maybe I could sell the Susvara to pick up a Caldera. Maybe.
